Atum 2 Return to the Sands mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 is a world generator and adventure mod created by Girafi. With this mod you get something new and very interesting. A new sand dimension with 9 biomes, new, untouched and just waiting for you to explore and research. Pyramids, caves, dungeons and much more more new to discover and explore.

Great mod that brings a new sandy dimension with a variety of new items, animals and mobs

This sandy world will bring you the new 11 mobs which you can encounter or fight with them, 5 new animals, 40 new artifacts to use and collect. And finally, the pharaoh boss with different ways to defeat.

How to build portal?

To enter into this new dimension, you need to create a completely identical portal as shown in the screenshot below. The portal is built of 5×5 sandblock filled at the bottom. And then, another pool build above them created with 5×5 sandblocks. In pool corners you must put two sandblock blocks. Then put water in the pool and finally, you have to throw Scarab in it. In front of you portal will be created and when you enter it will transfer you in a new dimension.

How to install this mod

1. Install Minecraft forge (if you don’t have it yet installed)
2. Locate and open the Minecraft application folder.
Windows OS start Run from start menu and type %appdata% and then click on Run.
OSX (MAC) open Finder, hold down Alt and click Go, then click on the Library in the top menu bar. Now open folder Applicaion Support and look for Minecraft.
Linux (most distributions), Minecraft folder is located on /home/yourusername/.minecraft ( dot (.) folder is hidden directory on Linux, so press Ctrl+H to unhide folder)
3. Copy the mod file which you just have downloaded (.jar file) into the mods folder, inside of minecraft folder. If you don’t have mods folder, create this folder by yourself.
4. Start Minecraft, click on MODS button and check if your new mod is successfully installed and added
