Better with Mods mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 is a must have mod for Minecraft made by BeetoGuy. The main purpose of this mod is to make vanilla Minecraft, which means clean and original Minecraft game, to make more advanced with extending and enhancing features. Mod is based on improving three core modules of game, Gameplay, Tweaks and Hardcore. First core is to improve gameplay module trough adding of additional and new items, blocks, foods and more. The second one is feature which adds quality of life and balance those changes. Last and third one is hardcore module which changes the core balance of game. All together, all three added features improves original vanilla experience of playing Minecraft game. Originaly, the whole idea came from and it is inspired by BetterThanWolves from FlowerChild.

1. Gameplay module

2. Tweaks module
This tweak module try to improve the quality of life and gameplay with some variety of small changes. For example, mobs always drops equipment, mobs dropping heads, animals fleeing, renewable Endstone, creeper Sheering and more and much more.
3. Hardcore module
The main purpose of hardcore module is to rebalancing the original Minecraft experience and adventure to be more challenging with inspiring and encouraging players thinking.
This means that everything depends on your gameplay decisions instead of microcrafting. That’s the main difference between this unique mod and other usual mods.

How to install Better with Mods mod
1. Install Minecraft forge (if you don’t have it yet installed)
2. Locate and open the Minecraft application folder.
– Windows OS start Run from start menu and type %appdata% and then click on Run.
– OSX (MAC) open Finmder, hold down Alt and click Go, then click on the Library in the top menu bar. Now open folder Applicaion Support and look for Minecraft.
– Linux (most distributions), Minecraft folder is located on /home/yourusername/.minecraft ( dot (.) folder is hidden directory on Linux, so press Ctrl+H to unhide folder)
3. Copy the mod file which you just have downloaded (.jar file) into the mods folder, inside of minecraft folder. If you don’t have mods folder, create this folder by yourself.
4. Start Minecraft, click on MODS button and check if your new mod is successfully installed and added
