Maze Island map for Minecraft 1.14.2 is an open world maze and puzzle map that is inspired by The Witness map from 2016. This map was created by Tacocat1717.

The purpose of this map is some kind of meditative character and experience. It is simply imagined to go to the island, have fun, enjoy the view and enjoy in Minecraft nature and landscapes.
InstructionsWelcome to the Maze Island map an island full og secrets and surprises. The goal of this maps is to find and activate 10 yellow boxes. When all of them are turned ON, go to the top of the mountain. After the first ending is complete, go back to find the secrets. There are 11 red boxes hidden in the map for you to find. Each on has a corresponding hint in the form of rhymes.
Rules
- Do not use cheats.
- Keep your render distance low (around16 chunks)
- The maps is designed for singleplayer mod
- Turn clouds OFF
- Many areas are blocked off with barriers, to prevent shortcuts
- You won’t need to use inventory, so pressing F1 is suggested
- Don’t give up if you are stuck, work on another section

How to install this map
1. Locate and open the Minecraft application folder.
– Windows OS start Run from start menu and type %appdata% and then click on Run.
– OSX (MAC) open Finder, hold down Alt and click Go, then click on the Library in the top menu bar. Now open folder Applicaion Support and look for Minecraft.
– Linux (most distributions), Minecraft folder is located on /home/yourusername/.minecraft ( dot (.) folder is hidden directory on Linux, so press Ctrl+H to unhide folder, or check in your filebrowser under view or settings)
3. Copy the map file which you just have downloaded into the saves folder, inside of Minecraft folder. Extract from rar/zip archive. Map must be extracted to saves folder and contain its subfolder.
4. Start Minecraft and choose installed map.
